Can I really return an empty jar?
Yes. Use as much as you like within 90 days. If it didn't help, send the jar back, even empty, for a refund of the purchase price.
When does the 90 days start?
On your order date. For subscriptions, each order has its own 90-day window.
How long does the refund take?
We issue it within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Do I get shipping back?
No. The refund covers the product price. Original shipping and return postage aren't refunded.
How do I cancel my subscription?
